  3. Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

  1. Ownership: All content, features, and functionality on Workergen (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are the exclusive property of Workergen or its licensors.
  2. Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without express permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Workergen is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  1. That the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  2. The accuracy or reliability of results generated by our AI tools.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workergen and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  1. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  3. Any claim exceeding the amount paid by you to Workergen in the preceding 12 months.
